About Us

Keith Lowry is a Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), who has over 25 years of practice working in the mental health field. In addition to work in a private practice setting, Keith's vocational experience includes adolescent residential treatment and foster care, individual and group counseling, local youth outreach positions, supervisory staff positions, and in various additional training capacities. Keith Lowry is a Chesapeake, Virginia native. He holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Liberty University and a Masters in Counseling from Regent University.

Dr. Noelle Lowry is dually licensed; she is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Dr. Lowry performs Psychological Evaluations or Psychological Testing and Assessments for various reasons and has extensive background in psychotherapeutic treatment. In addition to a private practice setting, Dr. Lowry's professional experience includes work with in-patient and in-home treatment centers. She has taught as an Adjunct Psychology Instructor at a local community college. She has extensive background in training and supervision of post-doctoral students, doctoral students, and masters level counseling students through practicum, internship, and residency programs. She is a Virginia Board Approved Supervisor for Residents in Counseling on their way to becoming LPC's. Dr. Lowry holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Taylor University, a Masters in Counseling from Regent University, a Masters in Psychology from Walden University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Psychology from Walden University.

Keith and Dr. Noelle Lowry have been married for over 29 years, have five children, and are newly grandparents. They enjoy spending time with family and friends. While Keith likes outdoor activities and all things sport-related, Dr. Noelle especially enjoys the beach.

Yaraliz Rodriguez is a Resident in Counseling and is working towards the completion of required hours to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) here in Virginia. She has experience with individual counseling as well as co-counseling groups comprised of children, teens, and adults. Yaraliz completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Purdue University Global and a Masters' Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Yaraliz believes in the benefits of counseling and strives to help improve clients' lives through understanding and compassion. Yaraliz hobbies include bowling and baking. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.

Eunjoo Lee-Choi is a Resident in Counseling and is working towards the completion of required hours to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) here in Virginia. She has experience with individual counseling as well as co-counseling groups comprised of children, teens, and adults. Eunjoo completed a Bachelors Degree in Health Science with concentrations in Disabilities Studies and Human Development at Stony Brook University. She completed a Masters of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Alliance University. She is familiar with several modalities of therapy to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specifically Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has experience working with clients struggling with issues of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).


Eunjoo holds the fundamental belief that every individual carries a unique and significant story. Her approach recognizes the diversity of counseling goals, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each client. Central to her practice is the commitment to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can freely share their narratives, feel heard, understood, and validated. Whether adopting a solution-focused approach or allowing for a more exploratory process, Eunjoo’s overarching goal is to support clients in their journey towards achieving their distinct and meaningful objectives. Eunjoo and her husband are huge foodies. Together, they explore new cafes whenever they get a chance. Eunjoo enjoys being outside and in nature. She finds solace in hiking or just simply taking walks through various parks, particularly during autumn. To unwind and destress, she watches K-dramas and listens to music. Recently, she has begun a small collection of vinyls that reflect her taste in music.
